There are two bars on your wrists, the red one is your health and the orange is for your hunger.
Everyone is pretty friendly and will mostly be happy to help. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to ask anyone you see. Too much stuff laying around can cause lag and that's no fun for anyone. DO NOT TAKE THE BLUE TORCHES FROM THE MINES! These torches are to guide players to the next level and have been meticulously placed. Tools however belong to the station they are at.
