Man at Arms also has nice buffs on your whole party (Man at Arms can also strike rank 3 with his basic attack, so he's a better choice than Leper or Crusader for position 1) Again, Highwayman has very nice self-buffs for that. Use any kind of DMG and CRIT buffs you can lay your hands on during camping prior to the boss. Although you also need to be sure your party is flexible regarding which position they can attack from, because if someone goes in the pot and comes out, they will move the whole party back and be on position 1, and this can mess you up big time. Highwayman and Graverobber are very nice here, as are the Arbalest and Houndmaster.
Even better if they have a high chance to crit.
